Draft for review

This policy is a draft prepared before launch and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional phone number, order history, the fulfilment details each product requires (usually an email address), support messages, and basic technical data (IP address, browser) for security. Payment card details are collected by our payment provider, not by us.

Why we use it

To fulfil and support your orders (contract), to prevent fraud and secure our service (legitimate interest), and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider (to take payment), our fulfilment suppliers (only the details needed to fulfil your order), our email provider, and hosting providers. Some providers may process data outside Nigeria; we use providers with appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Support messages and account data are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, or on request where the law allows.

Security

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Activation details and supplier credentials are encrypted. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and staff actions are audit-logged.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email support@example.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
