Who we are
Ọjà Digital ("we", "us") sells digital subscriptions and software services to customers in Nigeria. We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands whose products we list unless a product page says otherwise.
Products and availability
Each product page describes what you receive, how it is delivered, any warranty, and product-specific terms. Availability can change. We only sell products we are permitted to supply, and we may cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable before fulfilment.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira and include everything listed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is only processed once the payment provider confirms your payment to us.
Information you give us
You must provide accurate fulfilment details (for example, the email address of the account to upgrade). We will never ask for your passwords or one-time codes. Deliveries made to the details you provided are considered fulfilled.
Acceptable use
You must use products in line with the brand's own terms. We do not offer, and you must not ask us for, ways to bypass subscription limits, regional restrictions, eligibility rules (such as student or household verification) or account security.
Delivery
Delivery times vary by product and are shown on the product page only where confirmed. If fulfilment is delayed we will update your order page and notify you.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law.
